Feeding Unit

1 Independent servo driven, vacuum transfer lead edge feeder.
2 Sheet feeding skew detection.
3 The vacuum suction area self-adjusts, and its range adapts to sheet width.
4 Brush and suction dust removal system.
5 Motorized adjustment of front baffle gap, side baffles and rear baffle, integrated touch screen data display.
6 Jogging device at operator side.
Printing Unit

1 Ceramic anilox roll.
2 Doctor-blade ink metering system is standard configuration. (optional: rubber roll metering system)
3 Doctor blade is equipped with ink pan to prevent ink leakage.
4 Variable frequency adjustment of printing registration, automatic reset of printing cylinder.
5 The axial movement of the printing cylinder is motorized adjusted, and the moving range is ±10 mm.
6 Parallel vacuum transfer structure, automatically/manually adjust the suction range.
7 Automatic ink cleaning, with ink agitator.
Independent Creasing + Dual Slotting Unit
1 Suspending heads, upper and lower tool heads are linked by timing belt to ensure accurate alignment.
2 Creasing heads and slotting heads are installed on movable frame to ensure stability and durability,
ensures clean slotting cut.
3 Four times creasing structure: large pre-creasing wheel, secondary small pre-creasing wheel; large creasing wheel,
and secondary small creasing wheel.
4 Front and rear slotting is able to produce carton with zero height.
5 Large diameter creasing wheel ensures fine creasing.
6 DCS system automatically memorizes and accurately resets creasing gap for each order.
7 Slotting registration and slotting knife spacing are variable frequency controlled, allowing adjustment
by value input on centralized touch screen or automatic adjustment through order management.
Die-cutting Unit
1 The die-cutting cylinder is driven by gears (optional: servo drive),
while the anvil roll is driven independently with variable frequency.
2 The screw bolt holes on the die-cutting cylinder are evenly distributed in 20 divisions along the entire circumference,
with a spacing of 50 millimeters between the screw bolt holes. (optional: Spanish Serrapid Quick Die Mount System)
3 The die-cutting registration is adjusted by variable frequency, and the speed differential of the anvil roll is automatically
compensated by variable frequency.
4 Emery roller grinding and leveling device guarantees even grinding and prolongs the life of the anvil rubber.
5 The anvil roll axial movement within ±25mm.
6 The die-cutting cylinder axial movement within ±10mm.
Oscillating stripper
1 Pneumatic control of sheet collection unit.
2 Main transmission shaft, vibrating shaft are driven by independent motor and can be controlled separately.
3 Rear section equipped with axial flow fan and brushes.
Stacker
1 Front section with pneumatic control to collect sheets.
2 Rear section with hydraulic lifting and lowering device.
3 Max. stacking height: 1700mm.
4 Lifting table control with manual and automatic mode.
