WFD600 Multilayer paper tube making machine
 

can be linked with Four color flexo printer inline(optional)
(User can choose color in 1-4)


This equipment made by casting material, the base material is made by flexible version of photosensitive resin, rubber as base material, through the anilox roller transfer ink, ink printing on substrates by liquid press.

    The whole machine adopts wired control, the main unit is formed by unwinding unit, tension control unit, traction feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit.The unwinding unit is controlled by automatic correction system device, it is a tiny deviation in feeding, automatically correct paper device, the whole machine is controlled by PLC centralized control system.


This machine structure is reasonable,  high printing speed and simple operation. Using scope: chemical bag, cement bag, food packaging bags, handbags and other industries.
