Product Description
Feeding Unit
1 Servo Motor Feeder, 4 suckers for lifting and 4 suckers for conveying structure. Max Speed 12000 sheets/h
2 The paper feeding table has upper and lower over-limit protection
3 The height of non-stop feeding can reach 1300mm, pre-stacking device, non-stop feeding
4 BECKER VACUUM PUMP
Conveying table and overlap
1 The conveying table adopts stainless steel corrugated board.
2 Moverable paper pressing holder make sure the sheet delivery stable.
3 Servo motor control sheet overlap, accuracy of overlap ≤±2mm
Laminator Host
1 Drying roller diameter is 800mm, fill liquid into the roller and seal it. Electromagnetic heating control system is adopted for drying, the film is heated evenly, and the drying speed is more faster, lower energy consumption. The stainless steel fin electric heating tubes are built in the auxiliary oven.
2 Heating roller adopt electromagnetic heating system, heating up and cooling down fast, Built-in temperature measurement probe for accurate temperature reading.
3 The heating press roller adopts a segmented heating system(optional), efficient and energy-saving.
4 The diameter of the pressure rubber roller is 380mm, and the pressure can be up to 15T.
5 The gluing roller and the measuring roller running are controlled by the motor, and the glue is applied evenly.
Glue thickness micro adjust, easy to control by the Gauges.
6 The machine stops in an emergency and the pressure film frame rises automatically, so that the film is not contaminated by glue.
The gluing system Te flon process treatment, easy to clean and non-sticky,when machine stop.
Cutting Unit
1 The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller, double sets anti roll structure, flat and non curly after thin paper laminating.
2 The paper cutting part include grinding wheel and disc knife for slitting, meeting customers' requirements for slitting films of different materials.
3 The bounce roller is controlled by an independent motor, and the paper can be separated by using the speed difference, assist to film break.
Non-stop collector
1 The non-stop collector height can reach 1300mm. When the stack is almost full, the delivery conveyor belt will automatically extend to accept the paper. The collector platform will drop. After the tray is replaced, the platform will recycle and complete the non-stop collector.(Option)
2 Adopt pneumatic paper sorting structure to ensure the neatness of the paper.
3 With a reduction wheel to prevent the paper from being damaged due to too fast hitting the baffle.
4 Induction electric eye, sensing the length of the paper, if the length of the paper changes, the belt will accelerate, and the baffle of the take-up machine will overturn and lift the paper
5 Counting electric eye, the number of running paper is displayed on the display screen at the take-up machine, which can be cleared and accumulated.
